Job Description
Tasks:
Work with stakeholders from sales and customer service on process mapping, gap analysis and improvements
Own and deliver multiple projects on the Salesforce platform
Transform functional business requirements into tickets for our global dev teams and monitor and manage their progress
Backlog management in Jira and documentation of system usage in Confluence
Work with a motivated team of Salesforce consultants in day-to-day business
Creation of reports and dashboards. Admin tasks including data management and declarative development are handled by the central dev teams
User acceptance testing, 2nd level user support and training
Profile:
You have at least 2 years of experience with Salesforce Sales and Service Cloud. Admin or Consultant certifications are a plus.
Your german is proficient and you have a good level of written and spoken English
You have an analytical approach for your tasks and thinking analytical is part of your attitude
You are very confident in handling Google Workplace (G-Suite) products (especially Sheets & Slides)
You are familiar with sales processes for Tele Sales and Key Account Management and have ideas how they can be improved
You are highly motivated and enjoy working in a team, as well as across teams
Your are great at problem solving and prioritizing and you are flexible in your approach
Understanding complex processes and dependencies is easy for you
Manage and maintain a collaborative working relationship with stakeholders - end users, central dev teams and leadership
Your basic knowledge and understanding about integrations from and to Salesforce helps you to improve and monitor our integrations
Knowing the technical possibilities of Salesforce and being up to date with the latest innovations helps you to develop new ideas for improving the system
detailed documenting processes and how to guides in Atlassian Confluence or a similar system is natural for you as well as handling tickets in Jira
Understanding of Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) is a plus
