Job Description
We are looking for a (Junior) Salesforce Administrator (d/f/m) for our Business Systems & Integration team. If you are a self-starter with a passion for independent development, a problem solver and have a keen eye for active stakeholder communication then you will love working with us.
Your Role:
Manage the overall design, layout and build of the Salesforce.com Sales and Service Cloud application and all integrated business systems, providing day to day, administrative, project and operational support to end users through multiple teams, business units and locations.
Create, manage and optimise objects, fields, formulas, flows, workflows and approvals to expand upon, automate and improve complex business processes
Transform business requirements into detailed technical specifications - design, build and implement solutions in a timely, accurate manner. Clearly communicate project expectations and solutions as per business stakeholder’s requests to meet both current and future needs.
Monitor and optimise security controls including sharing, object/field accessibility, profiles, roles, groups and users
Maintain naming conventions throughout the system for business units, picklists, report folders, dashboards etc to improve system usability and scalability.
Evaluate data entry, import processes and ensure proper data quality standards exist for the Salesforce.com application and/or opportunities for process improvement
Conduct regular workshops with super-users to develop their knowledge, understanding and ability to customise the application.
Maintain familiarity with other IT system/ business application capabilities and scope in order to make recommendations about potential integrations or functionality intersection points
Your Profile:
At least 1-2 years of previous experience as a Salesforce Administrator
Exposed to working in agile methodology / processes
Experience in Salesforce Flows a plus
At least a basic understanding of Salesforce integration options
Ideally experience in both Salesforce Sales and Service Cloud
Proficiency with data manipulation tools and uploading techniques
Ability to troubleshoot system, processes and data issues
German and English speaking
